Gerry Sheridan has worked in second level education since 1992 with theatre workshops concentrating on the theme of violence and working to improve self awareness and empathy with adolescents. 

Since 2007 working with film in schools for emotionally disturbed and slow learners in cooperation with the Department of Education`s program of bringing artists into schools. 

2008/2009 - 2 Documentary films realized entitled "Violence hurts"

2009/2010 - Documentary film planned in cooperation with the Dept. of Education.
